Book of Trials 1835-1842
This is a small index with 980 entries covering the Accused; the offence/s; witnesses and persons of interest mentioned in the hearings. Cases that refer to First Nations persons and Frontier Violence have been noted in the Archivist’s notes column. All First Nations persons have been identified in the Notes column as Aboriginal; there are a few unnamed persons however were identified by gender (man/woman).
