Daily complex licence enquiries last month
Daily call statistics (such as call counts, talk times, wait times, levels of service) for the complex licensing enquiries for each work day last month.
Calls are captured in this dataset if a customer has called 132380 or 132390 and they select an option related to generic licensing such as change of address, but end up being returned from the Smart Service Queensland call centre to the TMR call centre for further enquiries related to a complex licensing enquiry.
This data set also includes customers who call 13QGov (137264) with a licensing enquiry.
