During late 2013, residents were asked to participate in the council’s Community Satisfaction Survey. The aim of the survey was to get an understanding of the community’s satisfaction with council services and to compare results with a similar survey held in 2011.

In the survey, residents were asked to rate the performance and appropriateness of a range of council services and facilities including customer service, community and recreation facilities, open space, waste collection and roads.
