Special management areas of Queensland - forestry
Special Management Areas (SMA) are areas that cover parts of the protected areas of Queensland that have additional constraints on their use. In many places the boundaries of the SMAs are aligned with the Digital Cadastre Database (DCDB) land parcel while in other locations the boundaries of the SMAs follow the lines of topographic features such as streams, forestry tracks and ridges.
