Offers and Acceptances
This resource shows responses by customers to offers for smart meters and tariffs as part of the Smart Grid Smart City project. The data shows the kind of offers that were made and the reason for their uptake or rejection. It shows when and how customers were contacted. It also shows whether offer acceptances were later withdrawn and other details.
