The proposed upgrade of the Pacific Highway near Moorland on the mid north coast of New South Wales is for a subject section to be upgraded to dual carriageway formation for a distance of 10.3 kilometres between the proposed Coopernook Bypass 22.2 kilometres north of Taree (Two Mile Creek Road) and a point 32.4 kilometres north of Taree (near Camp Obadiah) this working paper presents the need for the project and the identification and selection of a recommended corridor option for the subject section of the Pacific Highway.
