The register contains information about insurance records that the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is required to maintain under section 102A of the Home Building Act 1989. Search for home building compensation cover (HBC) information in NSW. Retrieve information from the public register such as the insurance certificate number, licence number, principal contractor and property address. SIRA strongly recommends verifying whether a property has HBC coverage and insurance details by contacting the icare HBCF Customer Support Team either at [email protected] or on 02 9216 3224.
