The Wet Tropics World Heritage Area lies between Townsville and Cooktown on the north-east coast of Queensland and covers an area of approximately 8940km^2. The area is composed of mostly public land, the majority of which is held in national park tenure. This dataset contains all of the sections that make up the Wet Tropics of Queensland World Heritage Area.
