Post-surrender management reports

Created 05/05/2025

Updated 05/05/2025

When an environmental authority with rehabilitation conditions is surrendered, the surrender application must include a final rehabilitation report. If the environmental authority contains a resource activity, and the activity was carried out, a Post-surrender management report (PSMR) must accompany the surrender application. The Public Register contains records of approved Post-surrender management reports received by the department since 2024.
