The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments:

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 5.5m from 29 Feb 2012 through to 08 Feb 2013, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-14.697167 - Longitude:145.446767. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE37-IM MicroCat CTD with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 37IMP.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 6.0m from 29 Feb 2012 through to 04 Apr 2014, and the installation was located at/on Lizard Island Sensor Float 1 Latitude:-14.697167 - Longitude:145.446767. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM.
