This point dataset shows the Trees in the Australian Capital Territory. These assets are either owned or managed by City Services, Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate (TCCS) and Parks and Conservation Service, Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD). Assets managed and / or owned privately, by other ACT Government Directorates or by the Federal Government may not be included.Attributes include location description, suburb, ownership, maintained by, asset sub type (Laneway Tree, Median Tree, Open Space Tree, Reserve Tree, Street Tree), registration, botanical name, genus, species, Native or Exotic, tree tree grates, tree guards, root barrier and watering coil, heritage listing, consolidation date and handover date.These assets are captured and maintained in the asset database through the works as executed (WAE) handover process or field audits.For additional information, please see the relevant municipal infrastructure standard (https://www.cityservices.act.gov.au/plan-and-build/standards-codes-and-guidelines/municipal-infrastructure-design-standards-mis).
