This restricted data set identifies property boundaries and, where the property manager has given written approval, the contact details of the primary manager from the DPIRD client property event (CPE) system.
CPE is a spatially linked database of agricultural and other properties maintained by DPIRD.
Property boundaries consist of one or more contiguous cadastral parcels that are believed to be managed as one unit. Property information is collected by DPIRD staff through direct contact with landholders through mail-outs and attendance at field days.
Properties may also contain information autogenerated from Landgate parcel data records.
The underlying parcel data is updated on a regular basis using Cadastral boundaries supplied by Landgate. Property boundary and ownership information are updated on a daily basis.
In accordance with Departmental Policy, contact information such as names and addresses of landholders linked to properties is restricted use only. Contact details are only included for properties where DPIRD has received written approval from the property manager for their contact details to be shared with other State agencies for the purpose of biosecurity or emergency response.
