The Bush Fire Prone Areas - Current (OBRM-006) dataset identifies up to date bush fire prone areas of Western Australia. This dataset is not available to access. It is for display purposes only within the Map of Bush Fire Prone Areas. Bush Fire Prone Areas 2024 (OBRM-021) has been derived from the OBRM-006 dataset. See OBRM-021 for access to the most current bush fire prone area dataset. Bush fire prone areas are subject to, or likely to be subject to, bush fire attack. A bush fire prone area is identified by the presence of and proximity to bush fire prone vegetation and includes both the area containing the bush fire prone vegetation and a 100 metre buffer zone immediately surrounding it. This data.wa.gov.au record is for information purposes only. More information is available from Office of Bushfire Risk Management (OBRM).
