The location and boundaries of the Bushfire Places of Last Resort as defined in the Casey Fire Management Plan, in accordance with the Country Fire Authority Act 1958, the Emergency Management Act 1986 and the documented requirements under Emergency Management Victoria. These are last resort locations that people can use to attempt to escape a bushfire when all other options have failed.
