Client Property Event System - Properties (DPIRD-018)

Created 05/05/2025

Updated 13/05/2025

The client property event (CPE) system is a spatially linked database of agricultural and other properties maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). Property boundaries consist of one or more contiguous cadastral parcels that are believed to be managed as one unit. Property information is collected by DPIRD staff through direct contact with landholders through mail-outs and attendance at field days.
Properties may also contain information autogenerated from Landgate parcel data records. The underlying parcel data is updated on a regular basis using Cadastral boundaries supplied by Landgate. Property boundary and ownership information are updated on a daily basis. In accordance with Departmental Policy, contact information such as names and addresses of landholders linked to properties is restricted use only.
