This dataset has been introduced as a result of the enactment of the Community Titles Act 2018 and Community Titles Regulations 2021. The purpose of the dataset is to enable Restricted Tenure data users to understand the relationship between a lot within a community title scheme and the relevant Tier within the scheme that the lot belongs to, and the relationship to the parent lot/scheme tier. It should be noted that no data will be available within this layer until such time that a Community Titles Scheme plan is lodged at Landgate.
