Queensland Reconstruction Authority conducted Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Monitoring (DARMSys) audits of residences in the Maranoa, Balonne and Murweh Council area following Western Queensland Tropical Low 27 January - February 2012. The event was a heavy rainfall originating from a Tropical Low moving south through North West and Western Queensland combined with a trough affecting Western Queensland, from January 2012. This dataset contains summary counts per Locality and Local Government Area of the damage severity of residences surveyed. 4 surveys were undertaken and all surveys are in the dataset (initial phase February 2012, phase 1 March 2012, phase 2 July 2012, phase 3 October 2012).
