Released under formal Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Application to Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) - FA#52 15-16 "1. Keep to the left unless overtaking in a multi-laned road where signposted or the speed limit exceeds 80km/h. (Australian Road Rules 180).

When a driver is travelling on a road without lane markings and the number of lanes is reduced, they must merge by giving way to any vehicle that is ahead of them (ARR147)

Drivers approaching a roundabout must use their indicators when turning or making a U-turn. (ARR 112, 113)

High beam not permitted if travelling less than 200 meters behind a car going into the same direction or less than 200 metres from an oncoming vehicle. (ARR 218)

When making a U-tum a driver must have a clear view of any approaching traffic and give way to all vehicles and pedestrians. (ARR 38)

Drivers must stay three seconds behind the vehicle in front of them (ARR 126)

Not staying in lane on a multi-laned road while making right hand tum.

Driving too slowly under the speed limit. (ARR 125)"
