Under Section 45 of the Information Management Act DELWP is required to report on the operation of the GAIC. The Planning and Environment (Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution) Act 2010 which amended the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (the Act) came into effect on 1 July 2010. The amount of GAIC triggered and received in the 2014–15 financial year is shown in this dataset.
