Landgate Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) are of various postings around mainland Western Australia - excluding Cocos/Keeling Islands and Christmas Island. A DEM is a generic term for both a Digital Surface Model (DSM) or a Digital Terrain Model (DTM). In the main, Landgate DEMs are edited DSMs that remove the majority of buildings and trees to create pseudo-DTMs. Additional information, including a coverage map, is available on the Landgate website. © Western Australian Land Information Authority (Landgate).
