This table contains a snapshot list of published scientific name synonyms from the Victorian Biodiversity Atlas (VBA). The VERS_DATE (version date) column indicates data currency. All scientific synonyms (SYN_NAME field) have been matched to their current taxonomic concept. Synonyms may have multiple matches where a concept has been split in the past, and multiple synonyms may map to a single current concept due to re-classifications. The main attributes in this table are the synonym scientific name and authority, and the current VBA taxon id, scientific name, common name, authority, conservation status, origin, growth form and taxon type.
