Republished with a redefined set of attributes, Estate Areas (allocated under the Land Act 1933) refer to an area of land that may have been subdivided by the Crown into economic units (lots) for intensive agricultural cultivation and made available to settlers on special terms. Derived from the Spatial Cadastral Database (SCDB) and based on GDA 94 and replaces previously published Estate Areas (LGATE-185).
