The SAPOL Expiation Notice data sets provide anonymised details of issued and rejected offences processed through the Expiation Notice Branch, along with the status of the offences. The data is updated to reflect status changes for the current and previous 3 financial years. Note: The Expiation Notice Branch is currently transitioning from the Expiation Notice System (ENS) to the new Expiation Management System (EMS). The data provided is in an interim format and may change in future releases. For this release of the 2024-2025 financial year information, the data has been split over two files; ‘Expiation Notices 2024-2025 ENS zipped’ and Expiation ‘Notices 2024-2025 EMS zipped’. For a full complete data set both files will need to be assessed.
