Soil Exposure

Created 16/10/2024

Updated 16/10/2024

Exposure to harsh winds and sun, as determined by local topography and prevailing winds, can impede plant growth. Mapping shows the highest degree of exposure in a map unit (provided it accounts for at least 30%), while detailed proportion data are supplied for calculating respective areas of each exposure class (spatial data statistics).
