This dataset is available on Brisbane City Council’s open data website – data.brisbane.qld.gov.au. The site provides additional features for viewing and interacting with the data and for downloading the data in various formats.
Report on the current food safety related permits in Brisbane City Council. All food businesses receive an Eat Safe food safety star rating of either no star, two, three, four or five stars at the end of a food safety audit conducted by an authorised Brisbane City Council officer.
Businesses that demonstrate good levels of food safety will receive three or more stars and can choose to display their food safety star rating onsite and online. Trading details for every food business in Brisbane (name, location, phone number and licence category) are listed on the Food Safety Star Rating Search.
