Franklin Voyage FR 07/89 CTD Data (suspect quality, not scheduled for processing)

Created 24/06/2017

Updated 24/06/2017

This dataset contains suspect Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) data collected on Franklin voyage FR 07/89. The data was 'massaged' to reduce the effect of a pressure/time(?) related problem with the salinity sensor. See note in file headers. The voyage took place in the Tasman Sea, Foveaux Strait and neighbouring waters around the South Island of New Zealand during 16 May - 4 June 1989. There were problems with this data, and it is suspected that some sensors were damaged. Consequently, this dataset is not included in the divisional database, nor is it available via Trawler. If the data is requested, release will be considered on a case by case basis.
