Under section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 1997, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is required to maintain a register which includes:

  • all nominated carrier declarations currently in force
  • all carrier licences currently in force and
  • all conditions of such licences.

The register document can be found on the ACMA's website here and links each nominated carrier declaration and carrier licence to data.gov.au.
