The QLD Heron Island North Mooring (IMOS Platform Code: GBRHIN) is one of three moorings near Heron Island, and one of five moorings offshore from Gladstone in Queensland, Australia at Latitude: -23.383, Longitude: 151.986 (approximate, adjustments with each deployment). This mooring was discontinued and removed in March 2013. The mooring’s sensors are adjusted and potentially changed with each deployment, below is an example from 2009: - SBE19Plus CTD - RDI Workhorse ADCP - 4x SBE39 temperature recorders
