The LIST Crown Licences data set holds spatial areas of land under a current licence from the Crown within the State of Tasmania. Crown Licences are administered by the Property Services Branch of the Department of Primary Industries, Parks Water and Environment. Licences are normally renewed annually but access licences may be for a fixed term. Licences do not give exclusive possession of Crown Land.

LIST Crown Licences are a layer of the LIST Cadastral Area.
