This report summarises the data from the Mawson Geomagnetic Observatory from January 1989 to December1989 inclusive. Daily and hourly averages of each of the standard geomagnetic components (X, Y, Z, F, H, D and I) are given foreach month for all days, international quiet days and international disturbed days. The monthly average mean-hourly-values on international quiet days are graphed to show any regularity in diurnal variation and its changethroughout the year. The recording systems and absolute calibrations of the data are described in detail in the Mawson GeophysicalObservatory Annual Report, 1989 (Crosthwaite, 1991).
