Proposed quarry for upgrading Federal Highway near Lake George, New South Wales: environmental impact statement

The objective of the proposed development is to supply 800,000m3 of fill material and rock at an average rate of 400,000m3 per year for the proposed Federal Highway dual carriageway construction project between Collector and Brooks Creek over a period of two years. The proposal will also conform with the Roads and Traffic Authority's environmental policy which involves the use of the best practical environmental technology, planning and management techniques in all operations.
