This amp describes the native vegetation communities that occur within the Tullamore 1: 100 000 map sheets. Native vegetation includes both woody (i.e. open forests, woodlands and open woodlands) and non-woody communities (i.e. grasslands and forblands). The study area is located in the central western region of New South Wales and is part of a project that encompasses parts of six Local Government Areas: Bogan, Forbes, Lachlan, Narromine, Parkes and Warren; and includes the major settlements of Condobolin, Forbes (western part), Tottenham, Trangie, Trundle and Tullamore. It incorporates parts of three Native Vegetation Regions: North Lachlan - Bogan; Mid-Lachlan; and Lower Macquarie - Castlereagh; ; VIS_ID 1601
