Ferndale Resources Pty Ltd proposes to develop a clay/shale quarry on Lot 3 Adams Road Luddenham in Sydney’s south west. As part of this development the quarry void will be rehabilitated by filling with non-putrescible waste. The final landform will be similar to that which currently exists and will be suitable for stock grazing. The Company owns the quarry site and does not require consent from any other property owner to proceed with the development. This environmental impact statement examines the proposal and identifies possible alternatives. A detailed description of proposed rehabilitation operations and environmental I protection measures is given and environmental consequences are assessed. Important findings are summarised
