This SEPP contains planning provisions which:

identify State or regionally significant development, State significant Infrastructure, and critical State significant infrastructure provide for consideration of development delivery plans by local Aboriginal land councils in planning assessment allow the Planning Secretary to elect to be the concurrence authority for certain development that requires concurrence under nominated State environmental planning policies. 

This SEPP has consolidated and repealed the:

SEPP (State and Regional Development) 2011
SEPP (Aboriginal Land) 2019 SEPP (Concurrences and Consents) 2018
