The Reserve Leases data set provides “primary interest holder” (lessee) details, where a “responsible agency” with power to lease a Crown Reserve, has leased a crown reserve to a third party. Related Landgate datasets within SLIP are: Reserves (LGATE-227); Reserve Detail (LGATE-255) Information relating to current Crown Reserves only, is sourced from NLR Reserves database, and is a subset of the full Crown Reserves report that is otherwise provided by Landgate in CSV format. The reserves data has been spatially enabled by linking the reserve data to the corresponding cadastral land parcel to enable spatial web service publication via SLIP and is updated daily. __ This product is for information purposes only and is not guaranteed. The information may be out of date and should not be relied upon without further verification from the original documents. Where the information is being used for legal purposes then the original documents must be searched for all legal requirements. __
