The Residential Property Attribute data set provides the most current building attributes available for residential properties in WA with lot size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property type, plan details, and build year included in the data set. Information is captured as part of the Valuation process and is maintained via a range of sources including building and sub-divisional notifications. This dataset contains different information to the Sales Evidence dataset which is based on property attributes as at the time of last sale. This data set is spatially enabled for use in GIS systems.
