Created 15/04/2025

Updated 15/04/2025

This record describes gravity data collected on RV Investigator voyage IN2024_E01, 'Trials and Calibrations' which departed Hobart on the 28th October and returned to Hobart on the 6th November 2024. The gravity meter instrument is a MicroG Lacoste Air-Sea II. Data are stored in .ENV and .DAT data files at CSIRO. There are 12 files totalling 132 MB of raw data in this dataset. Wharf ties were undertaken at PW4 in Hobart using a Scintrex Autograv CG-5. Wharf tie data can be found in "GravityTie_in2024e01_Hobart_SOV_20241023.txt" and "GravityTie_in2024e01_Hobart_EOV_20241107.txt", which is stored with the raw data. NOTE: The ASII (S-166) was recommissioned on this voyage after a lengthy absence for manufacturer repairs in 2023/24. As such these data should not be used for scientific purposes and is considered as calibration data only. NOT FOR PUBLICATION No processing has been conducted on this data.
