The physical oceanography of Bowling Green Bay, north Queensland: Station BG04

An Interocean S4 vector averaging current meter was deployed on a mooring at Station BG04. This was one of four current meters placed along the line joining Cape Cleveland and Cape Bowling Green to investigate the relationship between winds and boundary currents. This current meter was one of two current meters placed at either end of the bay to measure longshore flow through the end boundaries.
