Part of the Vicmap Admin dataset series. This dataset contains WARD Boundaries (WARDS) for all LGA's within Victoria, used for local government elections. The WARD_2017 data set of Victorian local government ward boundaries was created by the Victorian Electoral Commission on behalf of Local Government Victoria as part of the Electoral Representation Review process (www.vec.vic.gov.au/repreviews). NOTE: This dataset was superceded by WARD_2020 in August 2020, and was withdrawn in January 2021 from the Vicmap Admin product.
