Annotation Text is a point layer belonging to VLAT and consists of point data representing the location of Annotation and Text for VLAT. The points have been attributed with the appropropriate text. This dataset s a raw superset of VMPROP_ANNOTIONATION_TEXT. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD). This layer should be used in conjuction with the other layers and aspatial tables that make up VLAT.
