Under the VEET Act, the ESC is required to maintain a register of Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates.  Each certificate is a legal title and can be traded before ultimately being surrendered by a relevant entity to satisfy their liability under the scheme.  The register is searchable on a range of criteria and a user can drill down through the groups results to find an individual certificate ID with its dates of qcreation, registration and expiration
