On the 21st of September 2008 a tricolour scanner (Airborne Research Australia/AWI Airborne Tri-spectral Scanner System) collected data from part of the Kimberley (Packer Island and Perpendicular Head). The bands collected were red, green, near infra-red (NIR) (wavelengths ~450nm to ~825nm) Flight lines are shown in the thumbnail above.
