Queensland Reconstruction Authority conducted Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Monitoring (DARMSys) audits of residences in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Noosa Shire Council area following North Coast Storms & Flooding & East Coast Hybrid Low, 24 February – 7 March 2012. The event was a severe thunderstorm, heavy rainfall and localised flooding originating from an upper low moving across South East Queensland, from 24 February - 7 March 2012. This dataset contains summary counts per Locality and Local Government Area of the damage severity of residences surveyed. 2 surveys were undertaken and all surveys are in the dataset (phase 1 May 2012 and phase 2 August 2012).
