Estimating soil carbon using default values
Projects using the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative—Estimating Sequestration of Carbon in Soil Using Default Values) Methodology Determination 2015 require datasets to estimate sequestration of carbon in soil using default values (in t C per ha per year).
This is for three management regimes:
