Soil survey of part of the former CSIRO...
This dataset describes the soils of part of the former CSIRO Narayen research station in Central Queensland. The station is now part of the Emerald Agricultural College. The brigalow crop rotation and grazing experimental area is described, covering part of the Yerilla Mountain (9046-1) 1:50,000 scale mapsheet. Approximately 160 hectares were mapped at 1:3960 scale during 1968. The traverse survey method was used, and thirty soils were identified.
