This dataset is a soils map of the former CSIRO Pasture Research Station in Samford, South East Queensland. The station operated from the late 1950s to 2002. The study area covers part of the Mena Creek (8062-1) 1:50,000 mapsheet. Approximately 175 hectares of land were mapped at 1:6,000 scale during 1960 using the traverse survey method, and eleven soil associations were identified.
