This dataset is a soils map of the former CSIRO Pasture Research Station in Samford, South East Queensland. The station operated from the late 1950s to 2002. The study area covers part of the Mena Creek (8062-1) 1:50,000 mapsheet. Approximately 55 hectares of land were mapped at 1:2,500 scale during 1957 using the traverse survey method, and twenty-one soil associations were identified.
